Young High Potential Professional: What impressed me the most of Susanne was her dedication and passion to coach people to achieve not only business, but also personal success. Simplicity of communication is a strong attribute of Susanne. She is always getting the message across, clear and concise. Team Leader Logistics: Susanne was part of the team working on setting up a new company structure (spin-off), in charge of change management aspects and managing the interface with the consultant firm we used. She is unique in that she has had a successful commercial background and then moved to HR. She has picked up the finer aspects of organizational excellence and design and is passionate about its application in transformation projects. She works well with peers and in a team atmosphere.

Caroline Dobbelaere, HR, Hexion Specialty Chemicals: Via the TMS Workshop I have learned a lot more on my own preferences on the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel. The workshop and especially the personal report were consolidating my strong points and gave some good indications on the areas to improve! The workshop gave me a good understanding of the used wheel and the "linking" methods in order to improve how I work with the other people in a (the) team.

For myself / HR perspective: Learned a lot on the different preferences from this group. Can help to assess together with management, and to improve the performance of those employees. Settling differences constructively. The tool can take care and guide less effective employees - we can also link towards competencies- link impact. Helps team leaders. Can help us also in future selections - add people with preferences we are now missing.

For all of us: It became through the course a fast and efficient 'team audit’. If we all understand the wheel well, then we can make a very complementary team and get the best out of it.It helps us to "link" in a right way and have a good view on the preferences from each of us.

Trainer: Susanne was bringing this workshop in a very open en clear manner. Good documentation. The training taught us in a very short time the theoretical framework and largely worked on some practical case studies where everybody had the opportunity to take a good look at his/herself and his/her relationship with the team. I think she allowed everybody to have a more conscious approach within the different areas of the wheel, by providing them their personal report, in order to react with more self-confidence in difficult situations. It was an ideal and open arena where the employees could address their eventual problems together with the other participants and the trainer.

Martine Stolk, Global Business Director: Dear Mrs. Kremeier, I herewith would like to thank you for all your contributions and support during the restructuring of the Environmental Tech Center organization, the department which is a.o. responsible for the sustainable handling and treatment of the waste from the Fortune 500 Company we are part of. We stood in front of the situation to change from a ‘support product’ structure towards an ‘enhancing solutions’ structure, also interacting with different business models, such as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and the Leadership Team and I have highly valued your guidance and knowledge in this area. We strongly feel that we would not have been as successful if you had not supported us as a consultant.

In the initial phase you helped us, with your very structured approach, to better understand what our clients’ needs are, what our role is within the corporation, and to use this to define the purpose of our organization. Based on that we started building an organizational structure that enables us to perform our roles in the most efficient and productive way. Our department of 170 people is consisting of many different working groups, who are involved in strongly deviating activities, and you helped us to define the links between these groups, prevent overlap, and build a more coherent organization. During the discussions you continuously challenged us with very appropriate questions, which led to interesting and productive thought exchanges, and every time we wandered off in our discussions you patiently brought us back on track. One of your areas of strength is to lead such discussions with a specific end goal in mind, but using the specific knowledge and ideas of the participants to come to the most optimal solution. You guided the discussions without dominating or pushing your ideas.

Your experience and knowledge of business structures and interactions have helped us a lot to better understand how to work with our clients, and how to involve them in setting strategies and implementing them. The matrix structure you suggested positions us very well to seek and manage such cooperation, and is highly appreciated by our clients. The new organizational structure is in effect for more than 6 months now, and has proven to be very successful.
