What really matters

Since long I am going pregnant with the thought of writing a book. A book about us, our talents, our world. I have already started a blog on that theme. I will now focus all my activities towards writing a book as perfect as can be. If you are interested to see how I progress, and want to know more about true talent management, I invite you to visit me on www.3-r-3.com.

I wish you that your dream of life comes true!

Yours, sincerely, Susanne Kremeier

Grand Finale

Hard to believe but true: This year also has come to an end. We just turn around once and it is over. 2011. An interesting year. This month we celebrate Christmas, the period to concentrate on what really matters, and to give signs of affection to others. Then we have the change of the year, where we prepare our mind, soul and spirit for the next year. What about us doing both now? First we draw conclusions, what we achieved in this year which comes to an end. And celebrate this extensively. Then we reflect on what we learnt during this year. And about all people and things playing a role in our lives. This will help us to put what we achieved into the right context. And to get into the right state of mind to plan for the next year.

We now passed one year together aiming to achieve our goals. I do hope you enjoyed this journey as much as I did. I hope it helped you to develop you further personally and professionally. If you want to continue getting such support, I remain as always at your fullest disposal. You also can use this blog as orientation for the next year.  I will use this end of the year period to define a new program for 2012, how we can approach our individual perfect state of mind.

I wish you mesmerising holidays! I am very much looking forward to discover also 2012 together with you.

With celebrating greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Land in sight!!!

November. Usually a month with fog, where one prefers to hide at home. In our yearly plan this is the month with light at the end of the tunnel. We are nearly there. We did accelerate once again in October and put the one or the other thing in place to bring us nearer to our goals. Now we can sit back and harvest what we seeded. We won't lose focus and still concentrate on our target line. November is the last full month, December is kind of short due to the holidays. Reliable and continuous we approach our goals. Isn't that a wonderful feeling? Let us enjoy this month as the most relaxed of the past year. Soon this very eventful year will have reached its end and we will reflect back on everything we achieved. But for now we continue our journey. I wish you all the very best!

I am very much looking forward celebrating this successful year together with you. Till then I remain with relaxed and proud greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Fast Forward

Here it is, the final quarter of the year. Nature is showing us the way, giving everything. Vegetation shows its most mesmerising colours, birds fly in stunning formations (to the South..). We still have 25% of our time left to accelerate. We already did draw some conclusions where we are relative to our goals, and did the one or the other adjustment. Now we take a deep breath and go for the final stretch. All those goals we did not yet line up we won't achieve, most likely, but everything else we will achieve with flying colours. While we are racing to the finishing line we also can start putting first thoughts to what we want to achieve next year. As mental distruction while we put all energy in reaching our goals of 2011...

If you would like to have somebody to cheer at you while you finish your year successfully: I am, as always, at your fullest disposal.

With cheering greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Reality Check

Here it is, the end of the third quarter. We are approaching the final stretch. We did work, search, adjust, reflect. We achieved a lot, and we thought a lot. Now that this year approaches its end it is time to look back to evaluate how we have done so far. Next to all those terrific things we achieved we have had goals which just did not want to work out. What ever we tried, it did not progress. This is what I want us to focus on today. There are good reasons why we could not get there. Reasons embedded in our hearts and souls. Maybe those goals were not those we really, really wanted to achieve? We know that you only manage to quit smoking if you really really want it... Let's have a look at our goals to evaluate, what the non-achievement of them tells us. Did we plan to do this additional qualification and just could not get around it? Did we really want that title? Or are we in doubt this is our true calling, the right professional direction? Or do we want to spend more time with the family and would love to escape this 'always higher better bigger' dreadmill? If that is so: let's be honest and admit openly what we really want. This will guide us to plan our future. I would like to invite you to have a very thorough look at those goals we did not achieve. Let's find the messages for us to learn. If you would like to have a partner with a magnifying glass while looking at them: I am as always at your fullest disposal!

With detective greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Full Speed

Did you miss me? I hope not, because that means you spent your so very well deserved vacation. And now you are full of power and energy to face the rest of the year. To accelerate even further, to achieve your plans and projects. Maybe during vacation you got some insights and ideas to adjust some plans, or to put them into another context. What ever you address after the vacation, you will achieve it. We also approach planning season for next year. Maybe we can use some steps towards this years' goals to check the one or the other thing for next year. If you wish to have a sparring partner for this: I am, as always, at your fullest disposal!

With accelerating greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Halftime

There it is, mid of the year. The famous glass half full or half empty... Time to draw some conclusions. Did we achieve what we wanted to? Shortly before vacation this is a great opportunity to check if we are on the right path. Some of our projects are well on their way, others maybe not. There we need to consider whether we need to adjust our goals or whether there still is a chance to achieve them after all. We want to go on vacation with an easy mind. So it is all about drawing conclusions, defining corrective measures, and then we can leave for summer break!

If you want somebody to support you while assessing your achievements: I am at your fullest disposal!

With halftimely greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Indulging!!!!!

There it is. May. A month dedicated to joy and indulging. After an April full of spring weather we now see May embarking very summery. You see people on the streets profiting from the sunshine. Our annual planning scheduled 'fun' for May. After celebrating all our achievements in April we now can do something which appears to be unrelated to our annual planning. Appears to be. Because if we do something what we really enjoy our batteries will be recharged, which will have a huge positive effect on our achieving of our goals. When I surf the various websites on 'what you do need to do in life', most of them talk about extreme sport or extreme eating. I am sure you can come up with different ideas. What did you always want to do or have, but thought this would look odd? Invite the nice old lonely man next door for a coffee. Buy a sculpture others will find ugly. Dress up for an event where no dress code was indicated. Such little activities are so good for our Ego. And they show us how much we can actually decide for ourselves. It revitalises spirit and senses. I would like to invite you to use this month dedicated to all senses according to it's unique meaning. If you would like to have a sparring partner to further develop your most daring dreams: I am all yours!

With spoiling greetings, Yours, Susanne Kremeier

Celebration!!

April. We passed the first quarter. And we achieved quite a lot. On top of that we see spring in full force. And Easter is approaching. What more do we need to really spoil ourselves! Some of us even will get the reward for the good work of last year, as bonus payments are scheduled. I would like to invite you to pause and reflect back. Appreciate what you have reached already, how much you traveled on the journey to yourself. Give yourself a pat on the back! And reward yourself with something you always wanted. You deserve it. And we only are at the beginning of what is going to be a great year. We will look back at the end of 2011 with great satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment. Today we are in the fantastic position to do both: look back and look forward with happiness. Enjoy this moment!

With celebrating greetings, yours, Susanne Kremeier
